Rebecca's contact form asks you to give her your personal information (name, phone number, email address) so that she can answer your questions or queries. This information is only used to get in touch with you about your specific request. Rebecca doesn't store any of your details on this website or pass them on to third parties and she has no idea how to store IP addresses! If you want to make absolutely sure that your details are not kept then please send a self-destructing email (or just make it clear when you send your message).
The exception to the above is that Becca will pass your name and address on to Jan Fennell, the dog listener, so that Jan can collect details of the people who have received consultations. Jan likes to have this information so she can verify that only qualified dog listeners are acting in her name; as Rebecca is. Please mention to Rebecca if you do NOT want this information passed on to Jan

Rebecca does not know how basic; that's that's the webmaster's job but he tells me that your privacy is "assured".
